1st Level Support | Crawley| Up to £25,000| 35-hour week

Your new role
* Answer user helpline calls and create support tickets.
* Collaborate with JIRA Service Management to process 1st Level tickets;
* Provide end-user remote support and resolve 1st Level tickets;
* Write, update, and maintain articles for an IT knowledge base.
* Provide end-user support on-site and resolve 1st Level tickets;
* Qualify, resolve, and/or escalate user tickets in greater detail if the first level is unable to resolve them and forward them to the second level;
* in applications;

* for handheld devices;
* Purchase software or hardware for approved service requests.
* Track the delivery of software or hardware, check the invoice, and forward it for approval.
* Keep track of scripted, automated client installations.
* Assign smart phones with mobile device software;
* Give the hardware to the user;
* Any other duties that may be assigned
What you'll need to succeed
* BTEC Level 3 IT Diploma or equivalent.
* Knowledge of Windows, Office, Teams, Mobile Devices, Clients, and so on.
* At least one year of industry experience as a first level support agent/technician or equivalent.
* Excellent written and spoken English.
* Effective and self-assured communicator with problem-solving abilities.
* Extensive accuracy and attention to detail.
* Capability to multitask, prioritise, and effectively manage time.
* Work under duress to meet deadlines.
