National Account Manager
£38,500 - £50,000 DOE, Hassocks (own transport essential), Monday to Friday, 9am - 5:30pm, Hybrid working (2 days at home), Pension, Parking, 25 days holiday
The Role
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a National Account Manager to join our client, a leading manufacturer and retailer of luxury wellbeing products. Working as part of the Sales and Account Management team, you will take ownership on a number of retailer accounts, developing joint business plans with them, and maximising opportunity with the aim of growing business within them.
* Managing retail accounts (supermarkets, high street and online retailers/distributors)
* Day to day account management to include negotiations, forecasting, developing joint business plans, sales and marketing planning and account analysis and reviews
* Working closely with internal departments to co-ordinate stock, logistics, technical Specifications, Marketing requirements
* Scope and target new business
Requirements
We would expect the successful National Account Manager to have experience in FMCG/ Consumer Goods Sales and/or Account Management (Account Executive level candidates will be considered) - experience in the following sectors would be highly beneficial, but not essential: Health and Beauty / Personal Care / Bath and Body / Wellbeing. You will ideally have experience in dealing with large multi-site retailers or online e-tailers. You will be a confident communicator who is naturally adept at developing relationships and comfortable presenting to clients. Understanding manufacturing, logistics and distribution would be useful.

Up to £45,000 depending on experience
