Customer Service Advisor
£20,000 - 21, 000, Burgess Hill outskirts, Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm, 20 days holiday + bank holidays, pension, parking
The Role
A rare opportunity has arisen for a Customer Service Representative to join a lovely small business operating in the veterinary supply sector on the outskirts of Burgess Hill (own transport required). This role is a standalone position, working within a small office of 6 people. The main purpose of the role is to manage a range of enquiries from both business customers and pet owners, ensuring a high level of customer service and accurate recording and processing of information.
* Telephone queries from business customers and pet owners
* General enquiries / account credentials / processing applications / updating details / complaints etc.
* Answering customer queries quickly and efficiently, following up with customers where necessary
* Maintaining up-to-date and accurate information on customer database.
* Processing new applications
* Managing email inbox and responding to enquiries appropriately
* General customer service administration
Requirements
We'd expect the successful Customer Service representative to have some experience in Customer Service and be comfortable and confident using computers and communicating with others. It could suit someone who has solid customer service experience gained in a contact centre but who may be looking to move away from the "call-centre" environment. The Company works in the Veterinary and Pet Services sector, so an interest in animals is desirable.

You will be joining a lovely team of genuinely friendly people (and 2 very sweet dogs) and working out of a converted barn in the Sussex Countryside. Due to location, your own transport will be essential.
