I am looking for a qualified and experienced SENCO to take a new role based in a mainstream Secondary School in Medway. This role will be full time on a contract basis. The appointed SENCO should carry a nationally recognised SENCO qualification and have experience in a similar role.

This SENCO role will require a passionate and proactive candidate with the ability to develop and manage key SEND strategies across the school. With particular focus on the wellbeing and support for SEND pupils, the successful candidate, will take a leading role in the implementation of a school wide vision to ensure all pupils achieve their very best.

To be successful in this role you will need:

* Have an excellent understanding of SEND provisions in primary schools
* Be fully committed to the development of inclusive school wide visions
* The ability to manage any instances of challenging behaviour
* Be able to plan and deliver exceptional and inspirations lessons
* The up-to-date knowledge of current teaching practices and safeguarding legislation
