About DSR (new offices based on the Pantiles from October 2022)
DSR Global is a leader in international recruitment providing both freelance and permanent IT (SAP) and finance expertise to customer IT departments, finance organisations and business transformation projects. Our experienced team of recruiters based in Tunbridge Wells serves customers and candidates from Brazil to Belgium. We cover all industry sectors such as banking, pharmaceutical and retail.
We are looking for ambitious people to join our business on a full-time basis as resourcers with the opportunity to move into a customer account role after 6-12 months depending on previous experience.
DSR is on track for its 5th year in a row of double-digit growth. We expect this to continue based on current demand.
Roles and Responsibilities:
• Support a senior recruiter in all aspects of the recruitment process.
• Network, build and maintain relationships with candidates.
• Qualify suitable candidates for client requirements and ensure constant communication throughout the process.
• Use LinkedIn and DSR’s content-rich CRM system.
• Post vacancies online.
• Build up our finance profile and grow engagement on social media.
• Obtain references and speak with referees for each candidate.
• You will need to travel as required to meet clients and candidates within the UK and in Europe.
Skills Required:
• Excellent work ethic with the ability to remain focused and positive.
• Resilience, with a growth mindset.
• Enthusiastic and passionate approach in everything you do.
• Strong communication skills. Being able to get on with people is key.
• Attention to detail is important as well as the ability to write well.
• Pride in your work.
• Business acumen and be social media savvy
• Due to the nature of our marketplace, familiarity with European culture and business is advantageous.
• European languages are nice to have, but not essential.
• Both recent graduates/school leavers with excellent A Level grades as well as experienced applicants with a successful track record in sales or customer service environment should apply. We are looking to fill several vacancies.
