DSR Global is a leader in international SAP and finance recruitment providing freelance and permanent expertise to our customers for their IT departments, finance organisations and business transformation projects. Our experienced team of recruiters based in Tunbridge Wells serves a customer and candidate base from Brazil to Belgium. We cover all industry sectors such as banking, pharmaceutical and retail.

Demand for SAP technical skills is at an all-time high in a buoyant global labour market and our SAP recruitment team is looking for ambitious salespeople to join our business. DSR is on track for its 5th year in a row of double-digit growth. We expect the next 5 years to be just as rewarding.


The Role

• Develop, grow and manage your own portfolio of clients.
• Be supported by a team of resourcers who will help find the best candidates in the market.
• Qualify suitable candidates for client requirements and ensure constant communication throughout the process.
• Be familiar with LinkedIn and will be expected to use DSR’s own CRM system, full of SAP professionals.
• Obtain references and speak with referees for each candidate.
• Build and maintain relationships with candidates.
• Travel as required to meet clients in the UK and Europe.


Qualifications, experience and skills required

• A degree/excellent A’ levels or at least one year’s experience in recruitment or a successful track record in B2B sales or telesales
• Highly motivated to be successful
• Super competitive with a burning desire to win.
• Strong work ethic with the ability to remain focused and positive.
• Excellent communication skills. Being able to get on with people is key.
• Attention to detail is important as well as the ability to write well.
• Resilience, with a growth mindset.
• You will care about what you do whist having an enthusiastic and passionate approach.
• Strong business acumen and be social media savvy
• Due to the nature of the SAP marketplace and our customer base, European business experience is desirable.
• European languages are nice to have, but not essential.

Our salaries are negotiable with the potential to earn upwards of £100k per annum. We are also happy to match your current remuneration during the first six months so you have time to build a pipeline. Our commission scheme is uncapped and we also offer bonuses and a healthcare scheme.
