Administrator
£20,000 - £24,000 DOE, Henfield (own transport essential) Monday to Friday 8am - 4:30pm, 20 days holiday + Bank Holidays, Pension, Parking
The Role
Due to fantastic and continued growth, an exciting opportunity has arisen for a Customer Service Administrator to join a managed security equipment business in Henfield. Working as part of a small and dynamic team, the Customer Service Administrator will be responsible for supporting new and existing clients who use their services in ensuring their security equipment is functioning effectively, investigating issues, running reports.
* Processing paperwork for the set up of new clients and installations
* Performing system checks on client products
* Helping clients with queries by email and phone
* Monitoring of system faults using reports and escalating where necessary
* Conducting investigations into incidents, liaising with clients, third party providers and Police where necessary
Requirements
We would expect the successful Administrator to have experience working in an office environment (highly desirable) and be confident in using the Microsoft Office suite including Excel. You will have excellent communication skills and a passion for providing great customer service.
