Software Support Advisor
£24,000 - £26,000, Burgess Hill, Monday to Friday, 22 days hol + Bank Holiday, Pension, Parking, Flexible working Options
The Role
Due to growth an exciting opportunity for a Software Support Advisor has arisen for a small Software provider in Burgess Hill. This role is an excellent opportunity for someone with great Customer Service skills but who is "techy" and keen to learn or develop skills in development or programming. Working as part of a small team, this varied role will see work closely with clients in the set up of their software and be on-hand to troubleshoot and assist them with their queries once they are established.
* Setting up software platform for new clients
* Guiding clients through the resolution of issues
* Resolving issues yourself, where you are able
* Helping the development team - learning development and testing skills
Requirements
We would expect the successful Software Support Advisor to be able to demonstrate excellent communication skills and a problem-solving attitude. You will have a strong aptitude for IT (you must be comfortable with Excel). You do not need to be an expert by any stretch, but someone willing to learn or who has an interest in playing around with any of the following would do well in this role: HTML, CSS, jQuery and JavaScript, React, UI/UX, Figma, Adobe, SQL, MySQL and other programming languages.
