Job title: Customer Service
Hours: 8:30am until 5pm/1-hour unpaid lunch break
Duration: Temporary
Salary: £10.25 p/h
We are working with a fantastic local client who need some temporary customer service support to help during a very busy period in their business. You will be dealing with inbound customer service enquires predominantly on the telephone so you must be comfortable with spending most of your day helping customers by phone.
Responsibilities:
* Frontline Customer Service dealing with incoming calls, emailing enquiries, and replying to customers through a live chat system.
* Dealing with general order enquiries such as missing products, damaged products, delayed orders etc.
* Using the inhouse database to locate order details and deal with enquires in an efficient manner.
Skills:
* Previous customer service experience desirable
* Confident telephone manner
* A strong work ethic with the flexibility to help where it is needed.
* You must be available immediately and be willing to commit to temporary work for a few weeks.
