We are looking for a Property Manager for our ever expanding portfolio.

We are looking to hire a Property Manager, the role would predominantly consist of the creation, management and ending of tenancies. With day to day tasks consisting of carrying out viewings and inventories, arranging and overseeing all maintenance issues and liaising directly with landlords on a daily basis.
There will also be some overlap with sales as and when required as we are a close knit team.
The hours are full time, 40 hours over 5 days per week including Saturdays from 9am-6pm weekdays and 9am – 5pm on Saturdays.
The role would be full time and full training to ARLA levels is provided. A commission scheme is also in place for all members of staff after the probationary period finishes.
Experience within the property industry preferable but not essential.
This position is ideal for a highly organised and motivated individual that thrives in a team environment, has a passion for learning and will go above and beyond for their clients.
