Property Claims Handler
Barker Munro Recruitment who are specialists in the Kent and South East Insurance markets are pleased to be working with fantastically well positioned insurance business who have been established for many years and now require a Commercial Property Claims handler for their Kent office.
As the Commercial Property Claims handler, you will be expected to carry out the following duties :-
• Handle a large volume of claims on a cradle to grave basis,
• Offer exceptional customer service to clients, handling the claims in a timely and efficient manner,
• You will traditionally be responsible for a caseload of up to 200 claims at any one time
• You'll support a very experienced team taking care of reports, administration and general support duties to assist the technical team
• Ideally you will have experience of handling commercial property claims, ideally with an authority limit up to £25k,
To be considered for this position, we are looking for you to ideally possess Property claims experience but there is a consideration for individuals with other commercial claims handling experience or possibly if you have come from a Household claims environment.
The office demonstrates a hybrid working policy with 3 days Working From Home and the other 2 working in the office. These can be flexible but need to fit with the existing team
