Software Support Analyst - Customer Focused
We are looking for someone with a background in supporting customers/clients. We have a number of software products and require someone who can troubleshoot customer queries, provide training and development, work with other business teams on technical issues as well as providing feedback to areas such as marketing.
What you will be doing:
* Troubleshooting and questions from customers and using all available resources to sort issues as quickly and professionally as possible and taking full ownership through to resolution.
* Ensure customers are getting use from products and services, work with clients to identify areas of improvement.
* Accurate tracking and reporting of issues via a call logging/ticketing system
What you will need:
* Ideally have a background in supporting products and services to an external customer base.
* Knowledge of Windows Operating Systems, have an understanding of IT systems.
* Experience of working with some form of ticketing system
* Experience of using resources such as Google Developer to search for solutions
* Strong communication skills as you will be working with customer and representing the company
