Quality and Compliance Manager

Are you an experienced Quality and Compliance professional with a background in a commercial industry?

Duties include:

* All round responsibility for Quality and Compliance while developing and establishing the company's quality procedures, standards and specifications
* Liaising with the purchasing department to establish quality requirements from external suppliers.
* Gap analysis to identify key areas
* Ensuring manufacturing and production processes meet international and national standards
* Manage a team of quality control technicians
* Conduct interviews and surveys to ensure employees are compliant with regulations across the company
* Conducting investigations
* Examine and improve auditing

The right candidate will have/be:

* An experienced Compliance and Quality professional with experience within a commercial industry
* Degree in quality management or similar
* Proven experience of developing and implementing quality standards & measures
* IT Skills
* Experience of managing compliance frameworks e.g. risk management, business continuity, document management, quality management preferably with integrated management systems
