The Atlas Recruitment Group are currently searching for a Junior Infrastructure Engineer to join a Multi-National, highly reputable manufacturer in the Medway area.

This organisation have been trading for over 100 years, so they have gained a strong reputation for delivering services on a global scale to household names and brands. Owning multiple offices and manufacturing facilities in every content of the world helps them to do this, what comes with that of course is an immediate and on-going need to have a resilient IT team.

By joining this organisation, you will be embedded into a small and growing team of experienced technical professionals to provide 1st/2nd Line Support to internal staff both on-site and remote to various sites in Europe, you will be personally responsible for remotely supporting 5 sites.

Outside of this, you will be working on and involved in internal projects, upgrade planning, change management and more.

This role will be ideally suited to someone who comes from an internal support function working with the Microsoft stack, with a few years of solid 1st Line Support with exposure to 2nd Line and other areas outside of support such as setting up Networks and Servers.
