Our Client deals with a wide range of suppliers and produce sustainable floating solutions for swimming pools. They are currently seeking a Production Engineer to join their established company.



About the role

* Evaluating quality control processes and making recommendations for improvements
* Making sure to review and calculate the costs of the different tools and equipment in the production process.
* To coordinate maintenance and repair services to keep production equipment operational.
* Making sure that all members of staff follow the manufactures procedures and instructions while operating the equipment
* Overseeing the work of operators and shop-floor personnel

About you

* Have a qualification in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering
* Having experience in TPM, lean manufacturing, process improvement and continuous improvement.
* Being able to communicate verbally and written
* Having a good attention to detail
* to know how to provide training
