Our client is seeking a Residential Property lawyer to join a conveyancing team of 2 acting for Sussex and London based clients. You will be dealing with freehold & leasehold sales, equity transfers, plot sales/new builds, auction sales and RTBs. Any additional experience with enfranchisement, lease extensions or commercial work would be an advantage.
You will be working with legal support, IT skills required.
