IT Support Analyst - Office365, Windows Server, Active Directory
Are you looking for a new IT support role where you can be the main person for all onsite support issues, then we have the role for you! We are looking for someone with experience of supporting Office365, Active Directory and Windows Server as well as build and maintaining laptops/desktops and end point devices and all related equipment.
The role will be to provide 1st and 2nd line support to users, supporting and repairing equipment, working with 3rd party suppliers for more technical issues and to ensure systems are working to maximum efficiency.
Required Skills and Experience:
* Have experience of troubleshooting, installing, and maintaining computers and peripherals and undertaking basic repairs
* Experience of current network troubleshooting skills, working knowledge of LAN & WAN technologies
* Experience of administration of Windows Active Directory, including Microsoft Office 365 suite and Azure active directory - setting up user accounts, password re-sets etc
* Experience in recent Microsoft Server 2016-2019 builds.
* Experience of using Microsoft System Centre Configuration Manager (SCCM) and/or Microsoft InTune to manage endpoints.
* Any experience of VMware or Hyper-V and Server builds would be a real advantage.
