This role will have a strong customer service focus so excellent communication skills are essential, to ensure you are building and maintaining excellent customer relationships.
Requirements
* Previous experience in a similar IT support role desired but not essential
* Computer literate, with some experience of operating systems and/or PCs.
* Excellent customer service skills
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
* Passionate and possess a willingness to learn.
