Head Chef role
Paying up to 50k with 10k Bonus

My client is an independently owned restaurant, they are looking to recruit a Head Chef to join their well-established company.

The ideal candidate would have 2-3 years of previous Head Chef experience within a busy, high-quality restaurant environment and must be passionate about fresh food and enjoy leading and motivating a large team.

This is a busy high-quality restaurant/brasserie and delivers brunch, lunch, and dinner 7 days per week.

My client is an independently owned restaurant (approximately 100 covers) with a private members club, 2 private dining rooms, and plenty of outside catering throughout the summer months.

They currently have a kitchen team of 12 chefs and 4 kitchen porters.

The ideal candidate must have

A real passion and enthusiasm for food.
The ability to inspire and motivate the kitchen and front-of-house teams.
A solid background from busy, quality restaurants doing 150 plus on a busy service.
Must have good HR/communication skills.
Set objectives and be responsible for the day-to-day running of the kitchen.
Provide training for the junior chefs and help them to grow.
Ensure Health and Safety and Food Safety Standards are maintained in line with company policy.
Menu writing and costing experience.
Manage the gross profit and kitchen payroll.
In return, my client offers a great package, an excellent salary of up to 55k per annum a bonus of 10k.
