We are a firm of accountants, based in Swanley Village, who have a new vacancy within our company for a lovely bubbly person to work on our Reception to welcome our clients and to handle general administration work and deal with our telephone enquiries.

The right person must have a very good telephone manner and be able to deal with the booking in of our paperwork, putting our paperwork into storage, compose general letters and keep their own records in a very good order.

Some experience with Word/Excel would be of a benefit, have a good knowledge of English and grammar so that all aspects of work undertaken are of a good standard.

The hours are 09 00 to 17 30 Mondays to Fridays

Salary: £18,000
