Are you an experienced administrator looking to develop a career in HR?
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a knowledgeable administrator, with a proven track record in administration, to join our established client in their busy HR team, with the option of hybrid working (2-3 days office based/2-3 days WFH)
The role
You will provide recruitment and training administration support to the UK and Global talent programmes. The role is to ensure administrative and co-ordination tasks are carried out effectively and efficiently, while always looking at improvements which can add value to the organisation. A primary part of the position is to support the talent activities, which may require working individually on projects when necessary. You will be communicating by email and phone with internal colleagues to discuss training and development requirements.
Full training will be given to the right person, with great support from an existing friendly team.
You will have
Excellent Organisational Skills
Level 3 business qualification or equivalent related experience
Computer skills (for MS Office packages, HR systems, social media platforms and Internal systems)
SAP experience desirable
Training administration experience highly desirable
Excellent Customer Service Skills
Ability to prioritise workloads
Experience in delivering to a high standard of accuracy
