Main duties & responsibilities:
Closely support the finance team and the front-line operational functions with all financial matters.
Assist and support with care costs reviews.
Process and reconcile supported living payroll
Assist, maintain and update the client fee database
Supporting the bottom up budget process
Support operations with orders, approvals and process for equipment required at the services
Assist in reconciliation, control and processing of petty cash related requests and expenditure
Developing new financial reports and updating existing ones with pivot tables, macros and lookups
Work with Potters Bar Accounting Service Centre & Operations to ensure that Accounts Payable invoices are approved in a timely manner & that Accounts Receivable debts are promptly paid.
Any other duties requested from time to time, as might reasonably be required, commensurate with the role.
Occasional travel to site(s) to meet with team and front line operations â (travel costs reimbursed)
