We have just picked up a hot new role from our well established client based in Kent. This company provide a broad range of services to customers all around the South East and are looking for someone to join their team as an Income Manager!

In this role, you will be providing an effective income recovery service by maximising revenue through prompt and consistent arrears management and debt recovery with a high regard to Customer Care.

You'll be managing a portfolio of debt recovery cases as agreed with the Income Services Manager. The range of debts may include (but is not limited to):

Former Tenant rent arrears
Recharges
Court costs
Current rent arrears
In addition to this, you'll also need to:

Build relationships with both internal and external stakeholders
Provide advice, information and guidance to customers
Regularly monitoring accounts, taking appropriate action where necessary
Taking appropriate legal action where required
