Mechanical Building Services Design Engineer

My client carry out the design, construction monitoring and energy certification of building M&E engineering systems.

In over 30 years, the practice has built up a portfolio of major clients from many sectors. They pride themselves on establishing long term relationships with them, working on projects that include: Commercial, Education, Industrial, Financial, Hotels/Leisure, Health, and Residential property.

They are based in Tonbridge just a 5 minute walk from the station. They are looking for a Mechanical Design Engineer to help successfully continue the details design on a number of healthcare projects. The range of services they offer are as follows:


* Mechanical and electrical systems design
* Energy analysis
* Energy certification SAP/EPC
* Thermal & daylight modelling
* Public Health Systems
* Specialist Lighting Design and 3-D visualisations
* M&E systems project management and cost control
* M&E Feasibility studies
* Condition surveys and due diligence surveys
* Expert witness
* M&E maintenance management
