Support Analyst

I am working with a company who are looking for someone with experience of GDS Systems such as Amadeus. The role will be to work with a portfolio of clients supporting them across the company's products. Working with them to deal with implementation and support of these products, provide user training on best use to ensure clients are getting value for money and best use of the systems.
The role will involve working closely with clients as a technical expert for their products so you will need to possess the following skills and experience:
* Previous experience working in a client driven environment
* Experience of providing 1st and 2nd line support to clients, working with them to implement solutions
* Experience of providing user-based training
* Knowledge of GDS systems such as Amadeus and Galileo
* Strong analytical skills, be able to work with clients to solve issues
* Strong documentation skills as well as strong knowledge of Excel
