About the role
* Product research and placement for mortgage products using mortgage research systems under the direction of the adviser
* Produce mortgage, pension, investment, protection and savings quote
* Contact and liaise with providers and lenders using different methods of communication
* Sending & Chasing 'Letters of Authority' to providers
* Provide any additional support to the paraplanners/advisers when required
About you
* Have experience as a financial services administrator
* Have completed or be working towards the Level 4 Diploma in Financial Planning
* Have excellent organisational and communication skills
