Recruitment Administrator

Location: Maidstone, ME17 3ND
Pay rate: £27,000-£30,000
Working hours: Monday – Friday, Overtime to meet business demands (during peak periods weekend work will be required)
Start date: Immediate
Job type: Full Time, Permanent

About us:
Rumwood Green Farm Ltd – Charltons is a leading UK based grower and packer of quality top, stone and soft fruit. A family owned business with over half a century of experience, employing nearly 2000 seasonal workers during the peak months. Due to internal restructuring, as the business expands, an exciting opportunity has arisen to join our team.

Main duties for this role will include, but are not limited to:
• Communicating with recruitment agencies and potential employees (via email and phone)
• Liaise with the senior managers about the staff levels
• Performing right to work checks
• Liaising with payroll and HR department to collate data for the agencies
• Organising induction meetings
• Completing the recruitment process as per UK legislation

A successful candidate should possess the following:
• Previous administrative experience
• Good computer skills (MS Office, Outlook)
• Excellent communication abilities
• Ability to perform under pressure
• Efficient time management
