Our client is a vibrant membership organisation and trade body, they have seen considerable growth over the last few years and undertook a complete brand refresh.

They are recruiting an exceptional full-time Marketing & Comms Manager to look after this key area of the business, working closely with the Director General and freelancers. This is a full-time role (although 4 days a week would be consider pro rata) with opportunities to travel to London. They have a small office in Hastings, and also work virtually via Zoom meetings and in-person meetings as required.

* Work alongside Director General to develop and manage the company's marketing and communications strategy and implementation
* Work with web developer to keep the website current with all news, research, event information, membership assets etc
* Oversee delivery of monthly and quarterly newsletters, acting as the point of contact with copywriter and sponsors, contributors
* Develop and implement plan for social networks, working with our social media manager
* Assist as needed at live and virtual events, including annual Conference and Hall of Fame Awards

About you

* Experienced marketeer, used to managing multiple projects
* Excellent communication skills - written & verbal skills, including copy writing
* Excellent digital marketing, SEO and social experience
* Strong business relationship skills
* Motivated, proactive, multi-tasker and a fast learner
