We are looking for ambitious and experienced sales manager for our sales team. This is full-time position in the office!

If you have the knowledge and experience to double or triple your sales results and are willing to take on a new challenge, we are waiting for you to join our team.

Main goals of the company are:

organise professional international moving service.
Providing services according to a consistent standard of quality while selecting the
appropriate package of services, according to the needs of the client.

Who are we looking for:

Energetic and passionate motivator who knows how to inspire others,
-Work experience in sales of at least 3 years, as a sales manager – no less then 1 year,
-Education at a higher level,
-Ability to assess data, detect and repair problems,
-Proven track record of successful B2C sales,
-Ability to complete what you begin,
-Ability to learn new things and willingness to do so,
-Experience managing remote staff will be an advantage,

Your responsibilities:

- To be responsible for a sales team working remotely and in the office,

-Set them targets,

- Hold weekly coordination meeting with sales agents and approve their weekly plans.

- monitoring and management of their effectiveness, manage statistics, metrics,

- developing motivations program,

- implement competitions and games, building and boosting the team spirit,

- Establish sales agents on the job and give them clear tasks,

- Training in psychology and sales techniques,

- Development of a pricing matrix for various moving services,
