HR Business Advisor - 12-month FTC
£35,000 - £40,000
Our client is currently seeking an experience HR Business Advisor to join their team based in Chatham, on a 12-month FTC basis. This is a great opportunity for someone with similar experience, and is looking for a FTC role.
Responsibilities:
* Providing a professional and accurate HR advisory service to line managers
* Build, develop and maintain effective working relationships
* Assisting in the review of new and revised HR policies and processes
* Administration duties
* Working alongside the HR Business Partners and Admin team
The ideal candidate:
* Have previous experience within a similar HR Advisory role
* Knowledge of a HR System
* Have experience of managing employee relations
