Finance and Administration Assistant
South Maidstone
Monday - Friday, 9.00am - 5.30pm, on site full time
Must have own transport
We have an opportunity with a fantastic FMCG business who are seeking a Finance and Admin Assistant to join their team.
This will initially be a temporary position, but there could be the potential to move to a permanent position for the right person.
Duties
*Coding and processing of all purchase invoices and payments
*Maintain Sales Ledger & Credit control
*Maintain and reconcile bank accounts
*Assist in preparing UK budgets, claims and statements
*Update fixed asset register on a monthly basis
*Ad-hoc duties as requested by line manager/FD
Requirements
*Experience in a similar finance/accounts focused role
*Good MS office skills
*Strong communication skills - Verbal and written
*Good time management and the ability to prioritise
*Due to location must have your own transport
