Are you passionate about using your skills to build Porchlight’s digital presence, moving and inspiring our audiences and making a difference for some of the most vulnerable people in our communities?
Porchlight is Kent’s largest homelessness charity and a leading provider of housing, mental health and wellbeing services across the south east.
We’re looking for a digital marketer to help us amplify our messages across a range of channels. You’ll help to deliver high performing, user focused digital campaigns and content to reach and engage new and existing online audiences, raise our profile and brand and maximise our voluntary income.
Working closely with fundraising colleagues, you’ll help to improve their audience led approach to income generation, building relationships and improving supporter journeys and experience.
You’ll be a problem solver with excellent analytics skills, using insight to make decisions and put forward recommendations for campaign and content improvement.
This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a team that’s taking Porchlight’s digital to the next level, delivering new solutions and driving change for the homeless and vulnerable people we support.
What you need:
A successful track record of delivering digital campaigns across all channels and implementing effective user journeys
Experience of managing web and social media platforms and growing an organisation's online visibility and engagement
Experience of planning and creating engaging digital content for the web
Excellent problem solving skills and a good knowledge of tools such as Google Analytics
Excellent written and verbal communications skills, with the ability to write accurate and engaging content aimed at our target audiences.
Contract: Permanent
Working Pattern: Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm with some flexibility required.
