Position - IFA Administrator

Location – Folkestone

Job Type - Part time

Salary - £19,000 - £24,000 Pro Rata - DOE

Company description:

RSFL is working with a family-owned IFA practice looking to expand. As part of the company’s business strategy, they are looking to recruit an experienced Administrator.

Job description:

Supporting IFA and Paraplanner with administrative duties, which includes, but is not exclusive to:

· Effectively handling telephone and email enquiries

· Greeting and escorting visitors

· Processing new business applications within deadlines

· Checking incoming case submissions for missing information and obtaining any missing information

· Liaising directly with product providers

· Preparing and sending invoices

· Maintaining accurate client records – inputting and updating client information and policies on the back-office system

· Sending Letters of Authority and ensuring they are actioned

· Ensure client communications are handled promptly

· Filing & photocopying

· General office admin duties

The Candidate:

· Computer literate, ability to learn and understand various software packages

· Excellent attention to detail

· Competent use of Excel and Word

· Excellent communication skills

· Enthusiastic and willing to learn and develop

· Knowledge of mortgage processing, protection products, pensions and investments

· Minimum recent 12 months experience working in an IFA practice
