Pearson Whiffin Education are currently recruiting a Year 4 Teacher for a job vacancy with a school in the Dover area. This is a permanent job starting in September.

To be successful in this role you need to hold UK Qualified teaching status and have the ability to teach KS2 students. The school is looking for a driven teacher, who has a clear passion of educating children.

Key responsibilities of the Year 4 Teacher are:

* To collaborate with teachers within department to ensure the curriculum is delivered to the highest standard possible
* Use student's interests as a way of engaging them and supervise student teachers on placements
* Ensure all forms of assessment are being utilised so students know how they can improve
* Implement and follow the school behaviour management policy
