A fantastic opportunity to join a well-established, rapidly expanding Financial services business as a B2B Telesales Executive / Business Development Manager
Do you have Business to Business telesales experience? Are you confident in speaking with Corporate Business and dealing with high-level executives?
If so we are looking to recruit an experienced Telesales Executives to join our team based in Dartford. We are a financial services based institution and professionalism is at the forefront of how we operate.
You are joining a company built on professionalism with a desire to provide the best service possible to their clients and whereby our reputation is enhanced by our team.
Key Responsibilities
- Building your own client Database (after training) - outbound calling to clients
- Building rapport over the telephone with potential clients and affiliates
- Managing CRM to ensure follow up calls and maintain a strong client relationship ethic
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Work towards a range of pre discussed targets with your line manager including calls, sales and conversions
The Requirements
- Confident Telephone manner - ideally with B2B telesales experience
- Passion and Enthusiasm to succeed
- Looking for a career in sales and long term career prospects with potential overseas travel
- Experience of working in a target driven environment
- Good Organisational Skills
- Conversant in Microsoft office packages
- Telesales experience would be ideal
