We are looking for an extroverted individual with experience in customer service who has a passion for assisting others!

It will be key that this individual is bubbly and engaging, and can provide support, advice and recommendations to our client's customers throughout the customers journey.

* Position - Customer Service Advisor
* Salary - £20,000 - £22,000
* Location - Dartford

Responsibilities include -

* Engaging with customers and providing assistance along their journey with our clients company using email, calls and live chat.
* Resolving issues respectfully and collaboratively to encourage repeat custom and escalating concerns when needed.
