The successful candidate will be responsible to the Office Manager for handling all aspects of the warehouse stock & packaging, therefore will need to be a self-motivated, physically fit individual with strong organisational skills and an eye for detail.
Advise, lead, and motivate warehouse team members and with their assistance, process all goods in and goods out, dealing with all aspects of the stock. Packaging, labelling, serialisation, and replenishment of stock. Maintaining courier relationships and booking/organising daily UK & international shipments, via the telephone and online software.
Managing and documenting the returns of faulty stock and arranging replacements with suppliers. Carrying out yearly stocktakes with assistance of the warehouse staff.
We currently use Sage 50 accounting system and Office 365 Apps; therefore, you will need to have experience of working with sage accounts from a stock control level and be proficient in the use of Microsoft Word and Excel.
An interest in computer hardware would be useful, as we buy and sell computer equipment, but it’s by no means essential, as all our business is part code driven.
Hours: 9.00am to 5.30pm Monday to Friday
Salary: £23,000 per annum + Annual bonus
Holidays: 20 days per Annum Plus Bank Holidays
Parking: Space on-site
