Urgently calling all Chefs for 4 weeks work starting 13th June 2022
We are looking for a Commis Chef and a Chef De Partie to work in an educational setting for 4 weeks.
To apply, you should have sound knowledge of cooking techniques and style, along with knowledge of relevant legislation and regulations in particular food hygiene and food allergies. You must have a minimum of one year's experience working at a Commis Chef level or above in the catering industry. A minimum of NVQ Level 2 in professional cookery or equivalent and Level 2 in Food Safety will be essential.
The hours of work are 37.5 per week, working 5 out of 7 days, with service generally finishing by 7.45pm. Start 13th June 2022.
