JOB TITLE: Sales Administrator



LOCATION: Maidstone, Kent



SALARY: £12-13ph | £25,000 once permanent



TERM: Temp to Perm



HOURS: 9am to 5pm, Monday to Friday (could be flexible)



START: As soon as possible



We have a new opportunity to join an established business within the Construction Sector as a Sales Administrator. You will be joining a successful team, many of which have been with the business for some time. Based just off the M20 with free parking, the offices are light and spacious and a nice working environment. This is a Temporary to Permanent role starting as soon as possible, this isn't a targeted sales based role, more of a supportive Administration position.



The day to day duties in your new job would be:

* Speaking with existing customers over the telephone
* Responding to email and web based enquiries
* Processing sales orders
* Invoicing
* Speaking with suppliers, ordering stock
* Creating and issuing Sales Reports/Dashboards
* Arranging delivery transport
* Drafting sales quotations
* Updating the client CRM/database
* Raising Debit/Credit notes
* Supporting the sales team with Administration



We'd love to speak to candidates who have:

* Customer focused with an excellent telephone manner
* Computer literate and a good working knowledge of Word and Excel
* Knowledge of SAP (not essential)
* 1+ year's experience working as a Sales Administrator
