A HR Administrator for an Education client in Brighton

Your new company
Our Education client is recruiting a Permanent HR Administrator to join the newly formed HR team in Brighton, covering 2 academies.

Your new role
As a HR Administrator, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive admin support to the academy, by supporting the South team with the full employee life-cycle from recruitment to leavers.

You will also be responsible for the following:

* Recruitment and selection
* Onboarding and Induction
* Sickness and Absence
* Payroll
* Appraisal and staff development
* Database and staff files
* Advice and guidance
* Leader administration

What you'll need to succeed
In order to succeed in the role you must have strong HR Administration and be CIPD qualified, or working towards the qualification.

What you'll get in return
In return, you will receive a salary of Circa £25,000 plus 25 days holiday, free onsite parking, pension, flexible working and hybrid working once settled in.
