What you'll need to succeed


* Demonstrable experience of Agile, Scrum, Kanban or similar, combined with Project Manager experience.
* Accredited to Practitioner level in an industry recognized Agile methodology or equivalent experience.
* Sufficient leadership capability to clarify ambiguity to articulate focus areas and scope for the remaining project phases.
* Experience of complex risk, issue and dependency management across complex stakeholders within a highly governed environment.
* An ability to troubleshoot and unblock issues on behalf of the scrum team.
* Experience of getting the right results from both internal and third party suppliers.
* Stakeholder management at all levels and facilitation to be able to conclude discussions and reach consensus where multiple stakeholders may have multiple conflicting view
