We're looking an experienced UX writer to join our team, taking our business to the next level.

Responsible for writing content for apps, products, and web experiences you'll have superb writing and editing skills, be an excellent collaborator and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Thinking like end-users and consumers, supporting a strategy that is intuitive, easy to understand, and in line with the goals of the business, you'll champion innovation and quality and prepare customer analysis.

With experience writing clear and concise content for web/mobile products, emails, landing pages, or digital platform content you'll play a pivotal role in delivering engaging, user centric content across a range of digital channels.

You'll be responsible for helping to enhance our digital communications and make it easier to access online services for our customers and must be able to create, manage and deliver a variety of content across digital platforms including website, chat bot and future new technology such as an app.

Familiar with relevant technologies and able to use design tools such as Figma (personas, experience maps, wire-framing, and prototyping) you'll align stakeholders around a shared experience vision, understand evolving business needs and work through opposing points of view to reach consensus applying long-term thinking and an agile mind-set to all aspects of work to enable rapid delivery.

As a team-player who makes the most of collaboration, you'll be confident engaging with stakeholders, able to communicate clearly and influence senior decision-makers. You'll balance conflicting needs and negotiate alignment, empathising with customer needs and challenges whilst being able to represent these to internal stakeholders.

If you have experience of working in a fast-paced, evolving environment and sound knowledge of research, testing and prototyping approaches, then this could be the ideal opportunity for you!
