The travel industry is open and back in business and our client, a well established travel company offering luxury and bespoke packages to its clients is looking for a

Customer service / Sales advisor to join their team.

The role will involve dealing with incoming enquires, via phone, email, webchat, or any other channel, completing bookings and amendments, updating the database as required. You will maximise sales opportunities, offering upgrades and extras on all bookings. You will also deal with any after care, queries and amendments and liaise with airlines and other providers.

This is a superb opportunity for someone with travel experience to join an award-winning, long established business, or someone with good customer service skills to break into the travel industry.
