Working for an award-winning travel business in Tunbridge Wells, this role will require an experienced marketing professional who will manage, plan and execute a marketing plan for a specific division of the business. You will take ownership and be accountable to goals and the success of the marketing plan in order to increase brand engagement, generate enquiries from new and existing clients, through targeted and timely marketing activities and work with the wider teams to deliver direct marketing via a customer lifecycle plan to promote cross selling between brands .

The role

* Develop and implement marketing plans

* Manage the customer life cycle from concept to completion

* Generate new and repeat client engagement

* Ensure client feedback is obtained through review platforms at all stages of the customer lifecycle

* Work with the Web & Digital team to internally co-manage digital marketing activities, including email marketing campaigns, and report on results

* Collate and analyse data to identify trends and measure marketing activity

* Identify advertising, PR and award opportunities

* Project manage the production of collateral, including newsletters, booklets, brochures, and all other marketing materials

* Develop social channels strategy, including writing content publications, and increasing presence on social media platforms

* Organising events and negotiating appropriate collateral

* To manage budgets

* Identify cross-marketing opportunities

To apply, you should demonstrate your experience in delivering successful marketing using traditional and digital channels, possess PR strategy experience, excellent proof-reading skills and have the ability to write copy. You will also possess proven budget management and negotiation skills with third parties, experience of working with designers and external digital agencies along with social media knowledge and the ability to execute, monitor and analyse campaigns.
