White Rose Care, providing residential care for adults with learning disabilities and dementia, require female wake night care assistants (exempt under the Sex Discrimination Act 2010) to work night shifts at their Whitstable and Canterbury homes. Nights to be discussed at interview.
Shifts are 20:30 - 07:30am.
We are looking for motivated, compassionate and reliable individuals with a passion for care. While experience is an advantage, if you have the qualities we’re looking for, we'd like to hear from you. We will provide training on the job. The role includes carrying out regular checks on service users, personal care, some domestic duties and writing reports.
If you don't have a formal Health/Care qualification we will support you in gaining your Care Certificate.
You must have the right to work in the UK and be aged 18+
The position is subject to an enhanced DBS, the cost of which will be met by the Company but must be reimbursed if leaving our employment before six months.
The position is based in East Kent.
