Our busy client is currently seeking a Customer Service and Sales Co-Ordinator to join their team. This is a great opportunity for someone with similar experience, and is keen to progress within a role and great company.
Responsibilities include:
* Managing customer enquiries at all stages
* Dealing with any paperwork, including quotations/orders/purchase orders etc
* Internal liaison and planning
* Resolving customer queries or complaints
* Working alongside the sales team to ensure the smooth functioning of accounts
* To establish good working relationships with customer and business contacts
The ideal candidate:
* Be able to work within a team
* Be able to work under pressure
* Previous experience within a similar role
* Strong interpersonal and organisational skills
