Rhino Trade Frames is a brand new business specialising in windows and doors.
We are looking for an experienced lead fabricator to lead a small team within the factory. Your role will be making sure your staff are manufacturing orders for windows and doors, to follow correct health and safety procedures that have been put into place to ensure the safety of employees, and to run the day to day tasks within the factory.
What we are looking for:
Proven experience
Be able to fulfil daily tasks
Good communication
Work well under pressure/ problem solving
Skills and experience required would be in general joinery (bench/machine), glazing, welding, gearing and hanging.
Ability to be multi skilled with a mature attitude.
Attention to detail - ensuring a high standard of quality.
Ability to work in a team or individually
Good time keeping and attendance.
Experience in window manufacturing is preferable
Positive and flexible attitude
Proactive
Ability to follow Health and safety
