Role and Responsibilities
You will assist the Sales & Marketing team, providing first-class customer service and administrative support. This is a fast-paced role and requires the ability to multi-task, prioritise and take initiative. The successful candidate will have previous experience working as a customer service representative/administrator and have an interest in wellbeing and beauty. A creative flare and previous experience is the retail industry is desirable but not essential.
· Customer support and advice via telephone and email
· Taking and processing orders
· Serving walk-in customers
· Processing customer payments
· Booking transport and arranging stand deliveries
· Manage customer portals for larger customers
· Correspond with couriers to arrange customer collections
· Identifying and correcting invoice and picking errors
· Daily logging of diary entries
· Producing and sending out literature and promotional material.
· Plan and organise network events/workshops
· Stationary ordering
· Filing all documents relating to the sales office
· Various ad-hoc duties as required
Key Characteristics
· Excellent communication skills.
· Excellent computer skills.
· Ability to work well under pressure and take direction.
· Have excellent attention to detail
· Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build very good rapport with customers, suppliers and colleagues
· Dedicated, positive, diligent and open to learning.
Salary & Benefits
· 20 days annual leave + bank holidays and Christmas & New Year close down.

· Salary up to £24,000 depending on experience
· After two years’ service you will receive:
