The Best Connection Employment Group are currently recruiting for multiple Machine Operative's to begin a temporary to permanent assignment with our client based in the Halling, Rochester, Kent area.
Our client is a major name within the construction industry and specialise particularly in the production and distribution of construction products. Due to the opening of a new site, our client is looking to increase their head count immediately by finding the right candidates who want to work for a massively established company for the long term.
Within this role, you will be expected to operate machinery to ensure all products and orders are produced and distributed within a timely manner.
You will be provided with full training on the machine equipment from day one.
You may also be required to work on the production line throughout the day if and when required.
You will be expected to work Monday to Friday each week from 06:00 - 16:00.
No previous experience will be required.
In return, you will receive:
- £11.50 per hour
- Weekly pay
- 28 days holiday per annum
- Full PPE & training
- Permanent position following a successful trial period
