Warehouse Operator - 6 MONTH TEMP

North Kent

£19,000 - £20,500 + 17.5% shift allowance

Monday to Fridays only (6am-2pm & 2pm-10pm with early finish on Friday evenings)



My client, a successful and established organisation are looking for an enthusiastic and reliable Warehouse Operator to join their thriving team on a temporary 6-month contract.



The ideal candidate will be hardworking and fully computer literate, with a high level of attention to detail and the ability to prioritise a busy workload! You will be flexible and must be able to work the shift pattern detailed above!



Duties include:

* Checking, packing and preparing shipments
* Accurately completing documentation and packing notes, using in house systems.
* Complying with good Manufacturing Practice and Health & Safety requirements
* Liaising with Quality Control on the timely passing of batches and assisting in the utility functions if requested



The right candidate will have/be:

* A strong team player
* Computer literate; MS Office including Excel, and ideally Oracle experience
* Helpful, reliable, and confident
* Quick and methodical
* Flexible and proactive
* Manufacturing experience and FLT licence ideal!
